I hereby give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Safiullin Albert Radikovich, OGRNIP 315333900004481, INN 331108567690, registered at: 47, 35th Line St., Apt. 6, Proletarsky District, Rostov-on-Don (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), for the processing, including automated processing, namely the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of the following personal data:

• email address;
• history of requests and views on the surfe.be website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and its services;
• cookies, information about user actions on the Site, information about the user's device;
• date and time of session.

The processing of personal data in accordance with this consent may be carried out by the Operator for the following purposes:

• identification of me as a personal data subject for the purpose of concluding any agreements with the Operator and their further execution;
• conducting promotions, surveys, interviews, tests, and research on the Site;
• establishing feedback, including but not limited to: sending me newsletters, emails, oral and written requests, processing my inquiries and applications;
• confirming the accuracy of the personal data provided by the subject;
• statistical and other research and/or analytical purposes, provided my personal data is depersonalized.

This consent is valid for 5 (five) years from the date of provision or until I withdraw my consent, whichever occurs first.

This consent may be withdrawn by me by sending a notification via email to the Operator's email address: info@surfe.be.

This consent is signed with a simple electronic signature using the functionality of the Site.
