Why can I not see any banners?
The ad serving feature is blocked if fraudulent ad viewing methods are used.
Why does my balance not change?
It is most likely that you have enabled the Business Machine feature. Turn this feature off or reduce the percentage of your income that goes to the Business Machine.
Can I log in to the same account on different computers or browsers?
Yes, you can, but not at the same time.
Can I use multiple accounts?
In line with our 5.3.7. policy, users are not permitted to have more than 1 account. If this rule is violated, the user will be permanently blocked from logging into our website.

Advertising Issues
I cannot advertise the site. The message «you cannot advertise this site» appears.
Check your site by using the virustotal.com service and fix the violations. Some site is prohibited from advertising, at the discretion of the administration.
I cannot advertise the site. The message «The moderator rejected this ad» appears.
We do not allow the promotion of adult sites or the use of images with similar content. Additionally, the moderator may reject any advertisement at their own discretion, if they consider it to be unacceptable.
I replenished an advertising account. The money was debited from my account, but it is not showing as received on the advertising account.
We regret that this may occur. Please contact support to resolve this issue. Our Team is currently working to prevent this from happening in the future.

Withdrawal Issues
How can I withdraw funds?
To withdraw funds, click the Withdraw link next to your balance and follow the instructions. The minimum withdrawal amount is 0.03 USD. Withdrawal is processed immediately.
I tried to withdraw money and a message showed on the screen that said: "There is no funds on our wallet. We will fix it soon"?
This means that the account from which the system makes the payments, has run out of funds. We always make sure that there is sufficient funds in the account, however, on weekends it may occur that withdrawal request cannot be carried out as the account is not replenished on weekends.
What payment options are available to make a withdrawal?
Currently available e-Wallets are Payeer, FaucetPay, WebMoney. We hope to make more payment methods available in the future.
Where can I enter my wallet address? / How can I change my wallet address?
You will be asked to enter your wallet address, when you withdraw your funds. The first time that you use your wallet address, you will be asked by email, to confirm the payment request. If you wish to change your wallet address, you can do this at the next withdrawal request.
What is manual verification?
In some cases, a withdrawal request may be subject to a manual verification process: if the amount earned is less than the amount of the withdrawal request, the moderator can manually check to see if this caused by a statistical discrepancy.
How long is the manual verification process?
The manual verification can take up to 3 working days.
